Harley Howe

I built Sovereign Athletic to give athletes a more structured way to train. Combining strength, running, conditioning and durability into a clear performance system.

My coaching background spans strength and conditioning, combat sport, military physical preparation, HYROX, running development and hybrid performance. The goal is a clear plan, the right progression and enough accountability to keep the work moving forward.

This system is for athletes who want to train with intent, understand the purpose behind their sessions and build performance that transfers.

    Before onboarding, you must accept the Sovereign Athletic online coaching waiver, risk acknowledgement, privacy consent and web app acceptance.

    Onboarding

    Submit your goals, training background, schedule, available equipment, injury considerations and current limitations.

    Coach Review

    Your application is reviewed to determine whether the service is appropriate for your current capacity, goal and selected coaching option.

    Your training direction is built around your goal, schedule, assessment profile and required training dose.

    Payment, membership activation, app access and program delivery are completed through PushPress.
