I built Sovereign Athletic to give athletes a more structured way to train. Combining strength, running, conditioning and durability into a clear performance system.
My coaching background spans strength and conditioning, combat sport, military physical preparation, HYROX, running development and hybrid performance. The goal is a clear plan, the right progression and enough accountability to keep the work moving forward.

SVGN coaching is delivered asynchronously. It is not live or on-demand messaging. When you contact your coach, you will receive a response within 12 hours on coaching days. This keeps your programming and feedback grounded in considered, structured review.
