This is your preferred tier for coach review. It is not payment, membership activation or final approval, and the coach may recommend a different tier if it suits you better.
By accepting this waiver, I acknowledge that I am applying to participate in online coaching services provided by Sovereign Athletic / SVGN, ABN 90 027 716 997, operated by Harley Howe.
Sovereign Athletic provides online coaching, training direction, strength and conditioning programming, HYROX coaching, hybrid performance coaching, running performance coaching, general health and fitness programming, check-ins and related coaching support.
I understand that physical training involves inherent risk. These risks may include muscle soreness, fatigue, strains, sprains, soft tissue injury, joint irritation, aggravation of previous injuries, dizziness, shortness of breath, falls, overuse injuries, cardiovascular stress, serious injury in rare cases, or other adverse outcomes.
I understand that online coaching is not the same as in-person supervision. A Sovereign Athletic coach may not be physically present while I train and cannot control my training environment, equipment, surface, technique, loading, recovery, or safety in real time.
I confirm that the information I provide through the SVGN Coaching System is true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I agree to disclose any current injuries, previous surgeries, pain during exercise, medical conditions, training restrictions, movement limitations, pregnancy or postpartum considerations, or other information relevant to safe training participation.
I understand that Sovereign Athletic does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychology, dietetic treatment or emergency medical care. I agree to seek medical clearance before participating if I am unsure whether I am safe to train.
I agree to train within my own ability, use equipment safely, follow the program as prescribed, scale movements where required, and stop training immediately if I experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, sharp pain, worsening pain, numbness, loss of coordination or any other concerning symptom.
I understand that SVGN coaching communication is asynchronous. It is not live, instant, emergency or on-demand support. Responses are provided within the defined coaching response window on coaching days. Urgent medical, safety or emergency concerns must be directed to appropriate emergency, medical or allied health services.
I understand that completing this process does not automatically activate coaching, payment, membership access or program delivery. Applications are reviewed before acceptance. Payment, membership activation, app access and program delivery may occur through PushPress after coach review and acceptance.
I understand that training outcomes are not guaranteed. Results vary based on consistency, recovery, training age, nutrition, sleep, injury history, adherence, lifestyle and individual response to training.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Sovereign Athletic, Harley Edward Howe, its coaches, contractors, representatives and related service providers from liability for loss, injury, damage or claim arising from my participation in online coaching, programming, assessment, check-ins or related services.
This release applies except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this waiver excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or legal protection that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
I consent to Sovereign Athletic collecting, storing, using and reviewing my personal, training, injury, health-related, assessment and check-in information for the purpose of assessing my suitability for coaching, reviewing training risk, creating a coaching profile, providing programming direction, managing check-ins and administering coaching services.
I understand that authorised Sovereign Athletic coaches and administrators may access my information for coaching, safety and administration purposes. Sovereign Athletic will not intentionally sell or publicly publish my personal, injury, health-related or coaching information.
I agree not to share, copy, sell, distribute or publicly publish Sovereign Athletic programming, coach notes, private links or restricted coaching content without permission.
I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
I agree that ticking the required boxes, entering my details, typing my name and submitting this form is equivalent to signing this agreement electronically.
